Contracting conditionsOrder Acceptance

The product purchasing will have to be through the activation of the button SUBMIT ORDER that appears at the bottom of the purchase order page and expresses the total acceptation of the Standard Contracting Conditions, as shown at the website of Pantertronic, S.L. www.ayama.com, before the product purchasing, without the later application of the novelties produced in the Standard Contracting Conditions clauses.

Since the moment of the order acceptance, the user becomes a Customer of Pantertronic, S.L. whose role is described in this Standard Contracting Conditions. Any other products offered later will be object of another contracting.

Warranty

All the products sold by Pantertronic, S.L. are brand-new, with original accessories and wrapper. Pantertronic, S.L sells neither second-hand products nor sample or exhibition items.

Pantertronic, S.L. guarantees that its products will be free of workmanship and material defects for two years since the purchasing date. The warranty will only be valid for the purchaser, the person whose name appears in the purchasing invoice. In spite of that fact, Pantertronic, S.L won’t take responsibility for those misuse faults or for products regular use wear. Pantertronic, S.L won’t take responsibility, under no circumstances, for damages or losses that go beyond the products value, including the loss of an animal or the time wasted during the search. The product has to be sent back, with all its accessories, manuals and wrappers, prepaying the shipment, to the social headquarters of Ayama Segutel: C/Camí Ral 133, Baixos - 08301 Mataró, (Barcelona) SPAIN

Prices, delivery time, payment methods and voluntary dismissal

The indicated prices are free of sales taxes. It means that the VAT has to be added, as well as the shipping expenses and, optionally, the shipping insurance to the price in the website. All the prices are valid except for any typographical error.

Due to the fact that many of the products being offered can be channel and frequency custom, Pantertronic, S.L. doesn’t have a complete stock of all its devices and products. Pantertronic S.L. reserves the right to extend the delivery time in 15 days during summer and Christmas holidays and in 15 days more in the case of product customs.

The delivery time is indicated in each product’s information site. If Pantertronic, S.L. can’t guarantee the product delivery within the set period, they will notify the customer immediately about the estimated delivery time and the customer will have the option to cancel the purchasing order. Pantertronic, S.L. The delivery time could be increased in 15 days during summer and Christmas holidays.

The payment can be done by credit card, by debit card or by wire transfer. If the customer chooses to pay by card, they will be redirected to the Safe Payment Gateway of Caixa Catalunya and Pantertronic, S.L. will automatically get the payment confirmation and will activate the purchase order. Pantertronic, S.L. won’t access to the customer’s bank data at any moment.  If the customer decides to pay by wire transfer, it will have to be done with PANTERTRONIC, S.L as the beneficiary and indicating the order number and the customer’s legal name, as well

Shipping expenses are on buyer’s account and are communicated before the order acceptance.

The customer can cancel a purchase order only when the goods shipment hasn’t yet been done. To cancel an order the customer has to notify Pantertronic, S.L. of their intention, compulsorily in writing, by email (ayama@ayama.com) or by Fax (+34 937964932), providing their legal name and the purchase order number. If the customer has already paid by card or by wire transfer, they will have to give Pantertronic, S.L. their bank data (account number) so they can be reimbursed for the goods amount.

Return and refund

The customer will have seven (7) calendar days from the delivery date to exercise their right to return the goods. The customer must keep the proof of payment and the goods receipt note and will contact Pantertronic, S.L. by phone (+34 937905862) or by email (ayama@ayama.com).

The customer must return all the products with all their accessories, manuals and original wrappers with no defects. Pantertronic, S.L. will refund the customer for the product amount through a wire transfer to their account. The shipment expenses (those for the delivery and the return of the goods) and the banking fees will be paid by the customer. If the product is not in perfect condition or there is any accessory or wrapper missing, Pantertronic, S.L. reserves the right to not reimburse the amount related to this defect.

The user has the right and the obligation to check the good condition of the product when they receive it. If the package or the wrapper is clearly damaged or in bad condition due to the transport, the customer must notify that to the courier (writing a comment in the delivery note) and contact Pantertronic, S.L. within the next 24 hours: by phone (+34 937905862), by email (ayama@ayama.com) or by fax (+34 937964932).

Personal data protection

Regarding the services at the user’s disposal through the previous registration, all the data are stored demonstrating strict privacy in accordance with the current legislation. Pantertronic, S.L. obeys the policy in relation to personal data protection of its users and keep them all in strict confidentiality in accordance with the articles of the Spanish Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December on the Protection of Personal Data (LOPD).

At any moment, the registered user of Pantertronic, S.L. website can exercise their right to access to, modify, cancel and revoke their consent for the assignment of their data under the terms of the previously referred Law and other rules that are involved with it by means of a writing letter addressed to Pantertronic, S.L., Camí Ral 133 Baixos – 08301 MATARÓ (Barcelona) Spain.

Terms of use

All the rights of the industrial and intellectual property of the website www.ayama.com and of its contents (text, images, audio, video, design, creativity, software, etc) belong to Pantertronic, S.L. or, at any case, to third parties.

The user can visualize all the elements, they can also print, copy and store them in their computer’s hard disk or in any other device as long as they use them uniquely and exclusively for a personal and private use. The use of this content with commercial finalities is, consequently, totally forbidden as well as its distribution, modification, alteration or decompiling.

The user undertakes to use all the contents and services offered by Pantertronic, S.L. in its website appropriately and not to commit illegal activities or contraries to the act of good faith or to the current legal ordinance. The user promises not to spread contents or propaganda related to racism, xenophobia, pornography, terrorism or anything that could attempt against human rights, as well as not to damage the physical and logical systems of Pantertronic, S.L., of its suppliers or third parties. The user also undertakes not to disseminate cyber viruses on the net or any other logical or physical systems sensitive to cause the previously listed damages.

Pantertronic, S.L. reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify as opportunely considered its site, changing, deleting or adding both contents and given services or their localization in the website.

Pantertronic, S.L. will chase the non-fulfillment of the previous conditions as well as the inappropriate use of its website contents, and will exercise all its rightful civil and penal actions.
