AYAMA 2011 PHOTO CONTEST - RULES, TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Contest open to people from any nationality and territory, 18 years or older at time of entry. Under-18s may also participate with their parents’ or guardian’s consent. Employees of Pantertronic, S.L (from now on AYAMA) and their immediate families are excluded.

2. The contest started on April, 15th at 00:00h and will finish on July, 21st at 23:59h (Spanish time) or when we reach 100 pictures from entrants. If we exceed this amount, we will file these photos and they will take part in a second edition of the contest. However, we will keep the contest until July, 21st so AYAMA’s followers could vote in www.facebook.com/ayama.segutel.

3. Each entrant is allowed two submissions in JPEG format. We recommend a minimum resolution of 300 dpi (2362x1772 pixels). If required, you might send them in a compressed file (zip or rar). We will not accept files of more than 10 MB.

4. The birds in the photos (pigeons, falcons, eagles, etc.) must belong to the entrant. The can be taken at rest or while the bird is flying. Together with the photos, the entrant must send a short brief or caption (500 characters at most) giving some information about the shot (place, date, competition, anecdote, etc.).

5. Entrant must be the photographer who captured the image and he/she must own all rights to the image, specially the copyright.  In the same way, photos may not have been published, nor have won or be currently entered in any other photo contest.
By entering a photo in this contest, entrant grants a nonexclusive, transferable, royalty-free, worldwide license to AYAMA who reserves the right to use all entries for the purpose of promoting its products or the contest itself without compensation to the photographer.

6. Entries should be submitted by via email to ayama@ayama.com by the advertised closing time and date. AYAMA will evaluate the photos and, if approved, will be uploaded to the Facebook album that has been specifically created for the contest. Entrants should include their own full name, e-mail address and as subject: AYAMA Photo Contest.
Nevertheless, in order to enter to the contest, every entrant must be fan of AYAMA in its Facebook page (http:/facebook.com/ayama.segutel).

7. You may use basic editing techniques - for example, adjusting contrast, levels, sharpening, color balance or dust and scratch removal - to clean up your photograph. However, we will not accept modified or retouched pictures such as these with added or removed elements which modify the original composition and mixed up photos.

8. Prizes are non transferable and there are no cash alternatives.

• 1st prize: 1 transmitter AYAMA SEGUTEL chosen by the winner, who will be defined by the last two numbers of the ONCE’s draw (Spanish Lottery) of July 21st 2011. These numbers will have to match with those given to the entrant when his/her contest participation is accepted. They will be assigned in an ascending order from 00 to 99.

• 2nd prize: will be awarded to the picture that, by people’s choice, gets more “Likes” in our Facebook fan page. The second prize will be a IR3 transmitter tester on the frequency band required by the winner.
In the event of a tie, the voting period will be extended one more working day (until July 22nd 2011 at 23:59h).

9. The name of the winners will be announced on AYAMA’s website, as well as on its Facebook and Twitter pages. AYAMA will personally contact with the winners by e-mail. If we do not get an answer within the next 30 days since the notification date, the prize will not be awarded.

10. Entrants agree that the provided personal data will be included to the files of AYAMA so we can process, automatically or not, the mentioned data with the aim to administer and improve the relations with you. In the same way, every entrant will be able to exercise the rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition contacting AYAMA to the address ayama@ayama.com or C/Camí Ral, 133 Baixos 08301 Mataró (Barcelona).

Submission of an entry will be taken to mean acceptance of these terms and conditions.
